Case Study - Calls Landing, Leeds

Calls Landing is a riverside building containing offices and a restaurant, located in central Leeds.

We were asked to produce both a topographical survey and a measured building survey for the purpose of redesigning the office layout. Due to the close proximity of the adjacent property it was also necessary to produce an elevation to enable the right-to-light calculation.

The building originally served the Leeds & Liverpool Canal as a warehouse as part of the extensive dock facilities in the area. It was converted to its present use as part of an impressive redevelopment of the whole former dock area in the 1990s.
