Case Study - Residential Property in Huby, North Yorkshire
We produced both topographical and measured building surveys for this sizable residential property in preparation for an extension.
This is typical of a residential survey we are asked to carry out. To ensure all our internal surveys are of the highest accuracy we set up our total stations in various positions throughout the property so that the dimensions of the survey will always match the corresponding dimensions when the work is undertaken on site.
We also surveyed the neighbouring property to ensure the extension would comply with planning regulations.
